There is a lot that goes on in march, for many it's March Madness and for everyone else... it's the last minute crunch for taxes. It is the last full month until the tax deadline so everyone who hasn't got their taxes filed are in a rush to get it completed, which could be quite stressful doesn't it?
Now it doesn't have to be daunting, there are ways to maintain your stress without losing your mind in the process. One major point is to make sure you don't actually file your taxes last minute, there is a chance where you could potentially make a mistake costing you hundreds to thousands of dollars with a chance of an audit from the IRS.
It is better to schedule your days and doing your best to maintain a routine in it. Of course it doesn't hurt to just take a 20 minute walk around outside to get some fresh air from the office, eases the mind and tension from it all.
